Please read these terms & conditions carefully. By proceeding with participation to Groupe Seb’s KhushiyonKa Maharaja, the Customer agrees to be legally bound by these terms and conditions (‘T&Cs’). If the Customer does not agree to these T&Cs, the Customer should not subscribe to the Offer.  Participation, subscription and registration to the Offer is voluntary.

This Offer is hosted by Groupe Seb, a company having its registered office at Groupe Seb India Pvt. Limited. 215-220, Vipul Plaza Suncity, Glof Course Road, Sector: 54, Gurgaon – 122011, Haryana, India.

The Offer is valid only on the purchase of Groupe Seb brands of Maharaja Whiteline’s&Tefal’s Mixer Grinder & Juicer Mixer Grinder at authorized Groupe Sebretail outlets across India except in the State of Tamil Nadu and Kerala. T&Cs may be modified by Groupe Sebfrom time to time without any prior/public notice. Groupe Seb also reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Offer, at any stage without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Successful registration to the Offer and winning a Prize is subject to all requirements set forth herein.

Upon each purchase of Product, Customer shall be offered a scratch card voucher. The Customer when scratches the first scratch box from the left on such voucher, a unique code will be revealed , which the Customer has to redeem on Mobikwik Wallet App and the second scratch from left another unique code would be revealed which the Customer has to send via SMS to Virtual number 7836883688 for registration to the Offer.

Also, by utilizing the scratch card in the manner provided above, and subscribing/registering to the Offer, the Customer:

• Warrants that he/she has read, understood and agreed to conform to these T&Cs, any modifications, revisions and amendments thereto;
• agrees to receive details and information about this Promotion on his/her mobile, through SMS or voice calls; and
• Warrants the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that he/she has submitted.

1. OFFER DURATION

The Offer is valid from 1^st September 2019 – 5^th November 2019 (subject to the stock of Scratch card vouchers) on the purchases of Products made from Groupe SebOutlets only. Offer dates can be changed/extended as per the Groupe Seb’s sole decision.

2. ELIGIBILITY

a) Any Customer who is a citizen/resident of India and is 18 years of age or above:

• Who is not barred by any legal disability;
• Who is not suffering any mental disability;
• Who has never been convicted in any criminal case; and\Who is a PAN card holder.

• Offer Participation Procedure:
