Jasjeet Kaur has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer, effective Dec 1, 2025. This marks a significant milestone in her leadership journey and in the company’s growth trajectory in India.
In her new role, Jasjeet is responsible for driving Groupe SEB India’s overall business performance, strengthening its market leadership across categories, and accelerating profitable growth.
Since joining Groupe SEB India in 2020 as Marketing Director, she has played a pivotal role in strengthening the Group’s market position in India, including the launch and expansion of Groupe SEB’s premium international brand, Tefal. Earlier this year, Jasjeet expanded her mandate as Vice President – Sales (E-commerce, Modern Trade & other Channels) where she focused on creating sharper alignment between marketing and sales, improving execution at scale, and strengthening commercial capabilities to support the company’s omnichannel ambitions.
With over two decades of experience spanning FMCD, Automotive and Consumer businesses, Jasjeet has led business strategy, brand building, category development and marketing transformations at Kohler, Volvo Eicher and Assa Abloy.
Kuldeep Bakshi joined Groupe SEB India as the Head of Traditional Trade in July 2024. Kuldeep is based out of Head office brings 27 years of rich experience in the Consumer Durable sector.
He has held key positions in renowned organizations, including Usha International, Glen , Kenstar, Kent, and, Eagle Flask, Eureka Forbes,. His extensive experience and strategic acumen are set to drive Groupe SEB India's sales initiatives to greater heights.

Saurabh Katyal is a dynamic HR leader with 18 years of experience across FMCG, Telecom, Automobile, and Retail industries. His core expertise includes HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, L&OD, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, and Manpower Budgeting.
Previously he worked as Head HR at Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) India, he led the HR function for 2000+ employees. An MBA from Symbiosis, Pune and a certified Hogan assessor, Saurabh has successfully driven strategic HR transformations at companies like Bata, GSK Consumer Healthcare, Airtel, and Mahindra. Known for his strong business acumen and people-first approach, he excels at aligning HR with organizational goals.
Sonali Tripathi joins Groupe SEB India as Head of Marketing . She will be based in Gurugram, Head Office. With extensive expertise Marketing, spanning across FMCG, FMCD, Financial services and consulting. her expertise includes Brand Management, Performance Marketing and E-commerce Marketing. She has led impactful brand strategies, marketing transformations, and digital-first initiatives across domestic and international markets.
She has held leadership roles at V-Guard Industries, American Express, PwC, and others where she successfully managed large marketing portfolios.
She holds an MBA from IIFT Delhi and has attended Harvard Executive Education.
Jatin brings with him over 15 years of extensive experience in the FMCG industry, spanning Finance, Accounts, and Strategic Projects. His expertise includes P&L management, strategic revenue management, sales finance, financial planning & analysis ( FP &A), factory finance, and financial controllership. He has a proven track record in driving profitability, process transformation, and business partnering for sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Groupe SEB India, Jatin has held leadership roles with Coca-Cola India, McCormick Foods India, Mars International India and PepsiCo India. He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and a Commerce graduate from Delhi University.
